We are proud to announce that our Director, Edilia Gänz, has been recognised in the inaugural Choiseul Médias & Création Top 40 2026, a distinction celebrating 40 under-40 leaders who are shaping the future of the cultural and creative industries.

Created by the Institut Choiseul, a European think tank dedicated to identifying and supporting emerging leaders contributing to economic, social, and cultural transformation, the Choiseul Médias & Création Top 40 highlights a new generation of decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and innovators driving the evolution of the creative sector.

The ranking recognises professionals whose work is helping redefine the future of culture across diverse fields, including the performing arts, media, audiovisual creation, publishing, music, digital industries, and cultural entrepreneurship. By spotlighting these emerging figures, the initiative celebrates the vision, leadership, and commitment of those building the cultural ecosystems of tomorrow.

Edilia Gänz has been recognised for her leadership in advancing innovation, philanthropy, and international collaboration in the performing arts. As Director of FEDORA, she leads a European platform dedicated to supporting bold artistic projects in opera and dance, fostering connections between artists, cultural institutions, philanthropists, and creative communities.

For FEDORA, this recognition reflects our continued mission to empower artists, champion artistic innovation, and support the development of a vibrant and sustainable future for opera and dance.
